I have tried emailing, leaving voicemails and now am resorting to this and facebook. I never received the Santa Pack for my little boy. I have not received anything but the key. I placed this order in October of 2013. I have yet to receive any response from anyone. Please let me know how to get in touch with someone. I don't want a refund. I just want my little boy to have the memories of receiving a letter from Santa even if it is two months late.
